Cancun was ravaged by Hurricane Wilma early in 2006 but the Mexican people are bringing it back to life again. There are brand new buildings and beaches that are twice as wide as before. The scenery is the same - absolutely gorgeous ocean vistas and sandy white beaches. The beaches in Cancun have been replaced with sand from the ocean floor and the remarkable settings are the same.
