Upon check in, you and your family will be given different colored wrist bands which you will wear all week. The color is according to age. The drinking age in Mexico is 18 so the wrist bands are very important. Â
Regardless of the view you are given, the rooms are beautiful no matter where you stay! You will be pleasantly surprised. As a guest of a VIP member though, you are given priority in ocean front room assignments. If an oceanfront isn't available when you check in and you want one, just request it. Pool view? Just request it. If you get into a room and you don't like it for any reason, it may take a day or two, but they will do all that they can to give you a room you are more than satisfied with at the resort you have chosen.
All Meals & Snacks are included 24/7- The Palace Resorts offer a wide variety of food choices including the wonderful Mexican food.  All of the food tastes great. Even if you are a meat and potatoes lover, you will find steak and potatoes just about every night on the International Buffet.  The Tequila is very popular too! I personally am not a drinker but I did enjoy the freezing cold iced tea.

Restaurants - The Palace resorts boast numerous and varied restaurants to suit just about every taste. If you stay in one of the smaller resorts where there are only three restaurants, and want to experience the wider variety of restaurants in one of the larger resorts, just hop on the free shuttle from your resort to visit another Palace Resort location. You can check at the front desk for details on where and when to get a shuttle. The restaurants are excellent! Some of them close for about an hour or two a day to prepare for the next meal, but even that isn't a deterrent. You can order room service, swim up to the outdoor bar and order from the food menu, or stay right in your lounge chair and ask the waiter or waitress for a menu and order from there. You can always get chips and salsa to much on while you enjoy your unlimited beverages. Eat whenever!
All Domestic & Imported Beverages are included 24/7- All of the drinks you want are included! If you want a specific brand name, just ask. If they don't have it, they will make an attempt to get it, but if they can't, they have plenty of equivalent substitutes. All water is purified!
All Gratuities & Taxes are included -The service is incredible! You don't have to carry ANY extra money for this! 24-hour Room Service -My son had a filet mignon delivered at 1:00 AM! Many of the resorts even offer filet mignon through the night, but many have a more limited menu and everything on it tastes great.
Free Entertainment - Theme Parties and Shows -Something fun and new every day & night! Fire walkers, international dancers, men on stilts, belly dancers, music from all over Mexico. Join in on the fun on karaoke night. It's a blast. Your kids can even participate. You will be rolling with laughter and we all know that laughter is good medicine. You never have to leave the resort! We even watched from our balcony several nights (although it's more fun to be right there with everyone else).
